Frontdor provides an AI-powered voice calling platform that enables businesses to automate inbound and outbound phone calls, qualify leads, and book appointments. Our service includes:

  • AI voice agents for handling phone calls
  • Lead management and qualification tools
  • Calendar integration for appointment booking
  • Call recording and transcription
  • Analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

To use Frontdor, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Frontdor to:

  • Make calls in violation of applicable laws, including telemarketing regulations
  • Harass, threaten, or defraud others
  • Transmit spam, chain letters, or unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Frontdor complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
  • Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR)
  • Do Not Call Registry requirements
  • State and local telemarketing laws
  • GDPR and other data protection regulations

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

  • Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period
  • Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing period
  • Usage-based charges (if applicable) are billed in arrears
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Call Recording and Data

Our service may record calls for quality assurance and training purposes. You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining appropriate consent for call recording as required by law
  • Informing call recipients that calls may be recorded
  • Complying with two-party consent laws where applicable

8. Intellectual Property

The Frontdor service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Frontdor, Inc. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontdor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frontdor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
