What counts as a call?
Both inbound and outbound calls count toward your monthly limit. A call is counted when it connects, regardless of duration. Unanswered calls and voicemails don't count.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly to access more calls and features. Downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. We'll prorate any changes.
What happens if I exceed my call limit?
We'll notify you at 80% usage. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional call packs. We never cut off your service mid-campaign.
